Description

  • Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Support the Tessera web platform with fixes, enhancements, and UX improvements.
  • Implement self-contained epics such as filter/navigation UX and unit operations visibility.
  • Develop and integrate cloud-based capabilities for real-time collaboration.
  • Act as a hands-on expert for AI solutions beyond basic chat interfaces.
  • Perform evaluations, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection for AI use cases.
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of proofs of concept for new AI opportunities.
  • Serve as a technical thought partner to challenge assumptions and shape future product direction.
  • Work within an existing codebase and collaborate on strategic technical discussions.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack development background with a documented track record of completed projects.
  • Experience with application architecture design and enterprise component integration across the stack.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Power BI.
  • High comfort working across Java 17, Spring Boot 3, TypeScript, React 18, TanStack Query, and Material UI.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, App Engine, and Cloud SQL.
  • Experience with MySQL 8, Docker, and Firebase Auth.
  • Previous involvement in AI/ML projects that moved beyond prototyping into evaluation and iterative deployment.
  • Comfort working in a pre-existing codebase with strong UX sensibility.
  • Experience with AI development, including evals, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection.
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions at a level beyond basic LLM chat interfaces.
