Description

  • Define the long-term product vision and turn the company mission into a concrete roadmap for SAMpeople.
  • Lead SAMpeople’s product strategy and ensure strong execution across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the wider R&D leadership team on the company’s AI transformation and AI-enabled product development.
  • Manage, hire, and develop a team of Product Managers.
  • Build a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and user-centric product decision-making.
  • Strengthen the product team’s commercial understanding and improve outcomes such as NPS.
  • Work closely with Go-To-Market teams to support product launches with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success.
  • Guide the team through ambiguity, growth, and organisational change while holding them accountable to measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a key voice in shaping the future of the ecosystem and reporting directly to the CPO.

Requirements

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in product leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing products through high-growth phases.
  • Experience leading product teams through rapid scale-up and organisational change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence C-suite executives and technical leads.
  • Ability to create clarity through measurable outcomes and put structures in place to measure them.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading teams through change.
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for how AI can transform ways of working.
  • Open to rapidly learning and iterating to improve delivery of user and business outcomes.
  • Experience with commercial strategy and outcome-driven product management (preferred).
