Description

  • Own the customer relationship from adoption through renewal and expansion for enterprise accounts.
  • Create a smooth transition from sales to implementation for new customers.
  • Align with the customer’s executive sponsor during implementation and oversee key milestones in partnership with the Implementation Success Manager.
  • Conduct regular cadence calls post-go-live to monitor program health.
  • Project-manage the adoption of new and existing features and functionality.
  • Analyze and communicate business value to customer executives through Business Reviews.
  • Partner with sales to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Advocate internally for product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Drive product utilization and optimize configuration to maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager owning enterprise relationships for B2B software solutions.
  • Direct exposure to finance and/or accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, or Accounting.
  • Direct exposure to finance technology such as SAP Concur, Chrome River, NetSuite, or Oracle.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and investigate large data sets to understand user behavior and make recommendations that drive ROI.
  • Ability to learn business applications quickly with little hands-on training.
  • Humble, friendly, and open communication style.
  • Nice-to-have: previous experience with project management, fraud, compliance, and EU privacy laws.
  • Nice-to-have: experience using a Customer Success Platform such as Catalyst or Gainsight.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $120,000 - $135,000 per year.
  • Annual performance bonus potential.
  • Stock or equity as part of the total compensation package.
  • Benefits and other applicable incentive compensation plans may be included.
  • Remote work location.
