Description

  • Own and develop a strategic enterprise territory across Germany and the DACH region.
  • Drive net-new business and expand AppZen’s footprint within large, complex organizations.
  • Build and execute detailed account plans across multiple business units and buying centers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline focused on high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Manage long sales cycles of 6–12+ months with large deal sizes.
  • Lead value-based, executive-level conversations with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement leaders.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and global buying committees.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership.
  • Partner with regional system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Proven success selling into large, complex enterprise organizations such as DAX or Fortune 1000 equivalents.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior finance stakeholders.
  • Strong account planning and territory management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with long enterprise sales cycles and large deal sizes is required.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and automate work is valued.

Benefits

  • Base salary of €98,000–€120,000.
  • Variable commission of €98,000–€120,000 with OTE of €196,000–€240,000.
  • Equity participation, subject to plan terms.
  • Flexible remote or hybrid working model.
