  • Join virtual webinars to learn about the program and IT career paths.
  • Review additional learning resources and career tips provided by the program.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Must be a resident of Arkansas.
  • Must have personal drive and eagerness to learn.
  • Must have basic computer skills, including email, internet navigation, word processing or spreadsheet software, and accessing online learning platforms.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or device for online coursework and career coaching sessions.
  • A webcam is recommended for mock interviews and other virtual coaching sessions.
  • Completion of the assessment in one 45-minute session is required; it cannot be paused and restarted.
  • Advanced IT preparation is not required for the assessment, as it measures aptitude and potential rather than specific skill sets.
