Description

  • Own end-to-end performance management for Annual Operating Plan objectives and key results.
  • Maintain execution cadence through proactive follow-ups, feedback loops, and schedule tracking.
  • Identify operational risks and blockers, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues.
  • Facilitate departmental annual planning cycles and mid-year adjustments.
  • Refine and document Aledade’s Annual Operating Plan playbook.
  • Partner with Operations Leads to prepare data-driven Quarterly Business Review materials and narratives.
  • Build relationships across the organization and facilitate discussions about progress, resources, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate alignment among Analytics, Field, Product, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate roadmap changes across departments and reconcile them with the broader Annual Operating Plan.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience building relationships, influencing without authority, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in complex environments.
  • Ability to think critically, identify issues, and develop actionable strategic solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and use computers and keyboards extensively; occasional walking and lifting may be required.
