Description

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for payer-focused product initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Development and payer stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into product requirements and priorities.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability.
  • Lead discovery, validation, experimentation, and data analysis for new opportunities and product improvements.
  • Develop business cases that communicate expected ROI and financial impact.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Design, Operations, Client Success, and product squads through delivery and partner implementations.
  • Analyze product performance and client feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Represent payer partners’ needs throughout the product lifecycle and advocate for a strong enterprise buyer experience.
  • Maintain cross-functional communication, accountability, and progress toward goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business or financial outcomes.
  • Strong client-facing experience translating business needs into product strategy.
  • Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency in hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis.
  • Analytical, data-informed decision-making skills, including presenting ROI and financial impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Operational mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, distributed startup environments.
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $132,100–$153,100 in Zone 1, $145,300–$168,400 in Zone 2, and $152,000–$176,000 in Zone 3.
