Description

  • Collaborate with a self-organizing, cross-functional product team and partners across engineering, UX, product management, marketing, and support.
  • Design, build, and maintain customer-focused application features.
  • Apply engineering practices including coding standards, automated testing, code reviews, and pair programming.
  • Contribute openly to product and business direction discussions.
  • Own delivery outcomes and proactively improve team processes and products.
  • Structure daily work independently while maintaining ownership of assignments and results.

Requirements

  • Proven delivery record across multiple software development projects or products.
  • Hands-on experience developing GraphQL and REST APIs with .NET and C#.
  • Strong computer science foundations, including data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, functional programming, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with modular monolith architectures, clean domain boundaries, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; microservices experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of web application performance, quality, and security.
  • Willingness to work across backend and frontend technologies, including .NET, Node.js, React, and Redux.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly, with attention to code quality, security, and data privacy.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases; PostgreSQL or MSSQL experience is preferred.
  • English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.
