Description

  • Collaborate with a self-organizing, cross-functional product team and specialists across engineering, UX, product, marketing, and support.
  • Design, build, and maintain application features that deliver customer value.
  • Apply engineering practices including coding standards, automated testing, code reviews, and pair programming.
  • Contribute openly to product and business direction discussions.
  • Own outcomes by championing improvements to products, processes, and team practices.
  • Manage work independently while maintaining a proactive, balanced approach to delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven record of delivering multiple software development projects or products.
  • Hands-on experience developing GraphQL and REST APIs with .NET and C#.
  • Strong computer science foundations, including data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, functional programming, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with modular monolith architecture, clean domain boundaries, and cloud deployment using Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; microservices experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of web application performance, quality, and security considerations.
  • Willingness to work across backend and frontend technologies, including .NET, Node.js, React, and Redux.
  • Practical experience with responsible AI-assisted development tools, including attention to code quality, security, and data privacy.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL is preferred.
  • English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher; Node.js with TypeScript experience is a plus.
