Description

  • Set up workflows, launch materials, and supporting content for new and expanding projects.
  • Create and maintain enablement materials, including modules, FAQs, exercises, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
  • Evaluate contributor qualifications and eligibility, maintain records, and manage project access and task assignments.
  • Respond to onboarding and access questions and tickets, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards, provide project updates, and identify readiness risks or inconsistencies.
  • Analyze onboarding and performance issues, determine root causes, and develop clarifications or refresher content.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Trust & Safety, Delivery, and Program teams to launch and improve onboarding programs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a metric-driven environment such as operations, production, customer support, or a call center.
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and contributor readiness reports.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and terminology, including LLMs, prompting, annotation, and search relevance.
  • Experience with ticketing or contributor/crowd support platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain policies and guidelines clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility to support changing program needs and work a night-shift schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Project management, data analytics, or process improvement experience preferred.
