Description

  • Develop a comprehensive commercial strategy and pre-launch plan for the lead atopic dermatitis asset.
  • Oversee execution of the 5-year U.S. commercialization roadmap across operations, marketing, market access, and sales.
  • Partner on the evaluation and implementation of the commercial operating model, including processes, systems, capabilities, and organizational structure.
  • Work with Marketing and Market Access to define pre- and post-launch operational support needs and incorporate them into go-to-market planning.
  • Serve on cross-functional program teams to ensure commercial perspectives are integrated into clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory plans.
  • Establish and maintain a commercial competitive intelligence process to track market dynamics and competitor developments.
  • Support early commercial planning across additional portfolio development programs and therapeutic areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MD, PhD, or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Approximately 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years of strategic consulting experience or strategy experience at a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • Broad experience across commercial roles and functions, including at least one role with primary responsibility for commercial strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of shaping and executing effective commercial strategies in rapidly evolving biotech organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including building data-driven analyses and executive-ready presentation decks.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively through virtual meetings and tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including mandatory in-person attendance at All Hands meetings twice per year.

  • Anticipated base salary of $255,000 to $285,000.
