Description

  • Develop cohesive, multi-channel media plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate client KPIs into budget allocations across social, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and lead high-stakes strategy discussions.
  • Own total account health, including profitability, retention, and overall service quality.
  • Lead a cross-functional team and provide structured mentorship to support career progression.
  • Partner with Analytics and Creative teams to interpret performance through MTA and MMM frameworks and turn insights into actionable business narratives.
  • Assess client unit economics and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and support new business pitches.
  • Review client scopes of work and make internal recommendations on account servicing.
  • Drive campaign optimization through rigorous testing, exploration of new partners, emerging channels, and creative technology.
  • Ensure quality control of deliverables and maintain strong communication across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in media across search, social, programmatic, and video.
  • Proven success managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience building complex go-to-market strategies and media plans for full-funnel and performance-based brands.
  • Experience working directly with creative and development teams to produce, iterate, and optimize digital assets.
  • Strong strategic marketing skills, including competitive assessment, SWOT analysis, and industry analysis.
  • Ability to work with analytics teams on granular program tracking and measurement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead team structures, prioritize high-pressure work, and navigate sensitive client dynamics autonomously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred experience with ISP and/or app accounts.
  • Prioritize candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone and available for occasional travel to NYC 1-2 times per month.
