Description

  • Translate company priorities, product launches, and promotions into clear marketing briefs and execution plans.
  • Lead day-to-day execution across launches, promotions, and lifecycle initiatives, ensuring work is scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align marketing with revenue-driving priorities and inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with Audience Growth, eCommerce, Creative, and Sales to keep marketing efforts coordinated and effective.
  • Own Apex’s influencer and partnership program end-to-end, including partner identification, selection, relationship management, and performance evaluation.
  • Build and manage a partner portfolio that authentically represents the Apex brand and expands reach in the enthusiast community.
  • Own and evolve Apex’s email marketing program, improving promotional performance and building lifecycle and always-on strategies.
  • Write and oversee promotional copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical credibility.
  • Track, evaluate, and optimize performance across owned channels using data and sound judgment.
  • Build scalable processes, improve workflows, and implement automation and AI where appropriate to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with direct responsibility for execution and performance.
  • 3+ years of experience owning email marketing performance, including execution, optimization, and/or lifecycle strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or building influencer, partnership, or affiliate programs.
  • 3+ years of experience writing or overseeing copy across email, product, campaign, or web formats.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Experience working in environments with changing priorities, ambiguity, or team restructuring.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, or sales teams.
  • Experience with MailChimp, Klaviyo, or other email marketing tools, plus GA4.
  • Experience with Sprout or another social media management tool.
  • Figma or similar creative collaboration tool experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $85,000 to $115,000 depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for a short-term incentive plan after 90 days of employment.
  • $600 annual work-from-home stipend for cell phone and internet usage, plus technology and workspace equipment support.
