Description

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
  • Develop architectural designs and implementation strategies that support scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead technical implementation work, including configuration, customization, integration, data migration, and reporting.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Oracle HCM Cloud technical capabilities, releases, and best practices.
  • Design and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using Oracle tools and APIs.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues through tuning and optimization activities.
  • Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentoring to developers, administrators, analysts, and project staff.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
  • Support internal projects, assist others as needed, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
  • Extensive experience as a Technical Architect with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related Oracle technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security, data model, and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and interact with clients at various levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required, potentially up to 75%.
  • Experience pursuing continuing education, training, or certification exams is expected.
