Description

  • Design end-to-end solutions combining Moveworks, enterprise search, ServiceNow workflows, AI Agents, Now Assist, and governance.
  • Translate IT, HR, and enterprise service use cases into agentic solutions spanning multiple systems.
  • Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, identity platforms, HRIS, collaboration tools, and SaaS applications.
  • Configure, build, test, and optimize Moveworks Agent Studio agents and plugins.
  • Develop ServiceNow components using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, catalog, and knowledge configuration.
  • Tune enterprise search and RAG retrieval, and troubleshoot agent execution using logs and analytics.
  • Lead Moveworks workstreams from discovery through production deployment using agile delivery.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, support pre-sales, and present solution designs to client stakeholders.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and practices to NewRocket’s AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow across at least two capabilities, including 2+ years as a solution architect or technical lead.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience, including Agent Studio or Creator Studio, AI Assistant configuration, or enterprise search.
  • 4+ years building REST/SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, cloud-to-cloud, and bi-directional integrations.
  • Strong ServiceNow development skills with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder.
  • Working knowledge of prompting, RAG, agent orchestration, and AI output evaluation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence.
  • Client-facing consulting experience and the ability to explain AI behavior to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to pursue ServiceNow certifications, module accreditations, and Moveworks Academy courses.
  • Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CSA/CAD, CIS certifications, Moveworks Academy certification, ITIL 4, relevant platform integrations, Python or JavaScript, MCP familiarity, or Elite ServiceNow partner experience.
