Description

  • Own relationships with key clients, including strategy, communication, delivery, and results.
  • Translate client goals into clear growth plans across paid media, CRM, product, and creative.
  • Lead growth initiatives across paid media, CRM, product analytics, and experimentation.
  • Work directly in ad accounts to review structure, performance, and creative testing.
  • Collaborate with Creative Leads on briefs, testing plans, and learnings.
  • Support and lead CRM migrations, including tooling changes, data cleanup, and lifecycle restructuring.
  • Plan and oversee email campaigns, lifecycle flows, and experimentation.
  • Map and review product analytics and event tracking to inform growth decisions.
  • Use data to diagnose funnel issues, prioritise experiments, and inform paid and creative strategy.
  • Review work for quality, clarity, and attention to detail, and help raise team standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth role across performance marketing, product, or lifecycle.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, agency, or in-house environment.
  • Comfort operating across multiple disciplines, including paid, CRM, analytics, and creative.
  • Experience mentoring or leading others.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues such as spelling mistakes, broken links, or incorrect metrics.
  • Strong commercial judgement and understanding of what moves business outcomes.
  • Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Confidence working in ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Calm, organised, and accountable while juggling multiple clients and priorities.
  • Must be able to work in a UK timezone.
