Description

Assist with the generation of construction drawing plans and details, schematic and wiring diagrams, models, exhibits, and reports under direct supervision.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies to support project execution and company objectives.
Contribute to project delivery in a team-oriented environment alongside experienced engineers and technical staff.
Support renewable energy projects, including solar and battery energy storage systems, as well as utility interconnections.
Use CAD software to develop plans, sections, schematics, details, wiring, and BOM sheets for construction drawing sets.
Follow project schedules and budgets as directed by Project Managers and Technical Leads, with awareness of basic project financials.
Interpret and follow internal, client, and industry procedures and standards.
Bring a forward-thinking mindset by exploring innovative solutions and improvements to existing workflows.
Maintain strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication in day-to-day work.
Work effectively in remote, hybrid, or office environments while taking direction and collaborating with others.

Requirements

Associate degree in any engineering discipline from an accredited institution preferred.
No degree required if the candidate has CAD experience.
Experience using CAD software to develop construction drawing sets.
Ability to work effectively as a team player and interact well with others.
Ability to follow directions, schedules, and budgets from Project Managers and Technical Leads.
Basic understanding of project financials.
Ability to follow and interpret internal, client, and industry procedures and standards.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-starter with strong internal drive and integrity.
EIT preferred but not required.
Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
