Description

  • Manage the company’s daily global cash position across domestic and international entities.
  • Execute daily cash positioning, funding activities, wires, payroll funding, ACH batches, and other operational payments.
  • Monitor liquidity, processor balances, settlement flows, currency exposures, and legal-entity funding needs.
  • Maintain treasury reporting, liquidity dashboards, and other operational treasury documentation.
  • Manage banking infrastructure, including bank accounts, signatory records, portals, payment platforms, and access controls.
  • Support debt administration by preparing compliance certificates, covenant calculations, and related reporting.
  • Coordinate intercompany funding, international cash pool activity, and quarterly intercompany settlements.
  • Execute FX spot transactions and communicate them to Accounting for proper recording.
  • Lead treasury infrastructure initiatives, including banking structure migration and cross-functional implementation workstreams.
  • Use AI tools and workflow improvements to streamline analysis, reporting, and treasury processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.
  • Experience managing global liquidity across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Experience with treasury operations and banking infrastructure.
  • Experience administering banking portals and payment platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar for workflow, analysis, and productivity improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional treasury or finance infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with FX spot transactions and international treasury operations.
  • Experience with banking platforms such as CashPro, JPM Access, or similar.
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
  • Experience managing international cash pools is preferred.
  • Experience with treasury transformation or banking migrations is preferred.
  • CTP or a similar professional designation is preferred.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $60-$70 per hour.
  • Temporary role with up to 40 hours per week.
