Description

  • Assist recruiters by collecting offer letters, I-9 documentation, and other onboarding materials.
  • Complete I-9s for high-volume hiring efforts and appear on camera with new hires as needed.
  • Manage multiple onboarding steps, including background checks, new hire documentation, and hire completion in UKG.
  • Maintain new hire rosters and coordinate with IT and Facilities on equipment shipping, pickup, and tracking.
  • Own candidate engagement from offer acceptance through the first day of training.
  • Manage a high volume of email communication with new employees about questions, concerns, and onboarding updates.
  • Support the TA Operations team on projects such as the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Marketing, UKG, Greenhouse, and audits.
  • Build strong relationships with recruiters, teammates, and new hires while representing the Angi brand.
  • Troubleshoot unique and difficult onboarding situations and provide strong customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or employee onboarding experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience processing Form I-9 documentation required.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse or Ashby.
  • Experience with UKG preferred.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and listening skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and work well as part of a larger team.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a professional, positive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must permanently reside in one of the approved remote-work states, including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
  • Must have a private, distraction-free workspace.
  • Must use company-provided equipment, including webcam, for virtual meetings.
  • Position is non-exempt and the job post closes on May 15.
