Description

Own the strategy and execution of Angi’s social media presence across platforms.
Build brand awareness through organic social content and grow views and engagement.
Drive conversions and profitability through paid social campaigns.
Develop platform-specific strategies informed by cultural trends, best practices, and performance insights.
Brief content for in-house and agency creative teams across goals, audiences, and channels.
Create social content for homeowner, home pro, and employee audiences.
Work across 10 social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.
Develop social-first campaigns and scale promising ideas into larger initiatives.
Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns spanning TV, radio, influencer, social, PR, and other channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, brand leadership, influencer, and PR teams.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience managing organic social, ideally for a consumer brand.
1-2 years of experience across both organic and paid social.
Proven track record of results.
Experience supporting integrated campaigns and collaborating cross-functionally.
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance strategy and execution.
Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams is preferred.
Experience with performance-driven social strategy is preferred.

Benefits

Salary range of $155,000-$230,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
