Description

  • Author and execute test plans for the active Lattice release branch, using manual testing where appropriate and automating coverage as products evolve.
  • Build and extend automated systems for development, verification, and release across SWP services and product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain reference environments used to verify Lattice workflows before release.
  • Build and maintain representative test environments across Cloud, Robot, and NixOS VM setups and help teams debug software behavior within them.
  • Implement software interfaces, keyword libraries, and product hooks to enable end-to-end testing across complex systems.
  • Maintain and improve regression and performance testing in CI/CD pipelines, enforcing baselines to catch regressions before release.
  • Implement AI-enabled automation for failure triage, remediation suggestions, and test generation.
  • Onboard services onto the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline, including porting tests and wiring Diagnostic Runner checks.
  • Improve engineering hygiene through code review, documentation, and clear, debuggable tests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, scripting for automation, and software development lifecycles.
  • Hands-on experience automating Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SITL) engineering in a production release process.
  • Experience developing automated regression, unit, and integration tests.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
  • Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • NixOS experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry or with systems requiring high reliability and traceability.
