Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates using sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks.
  • Engage prospective candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future manufacturing and production engineering roles.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role needs, production demands, and sourcing priorities.
  • Align sourcing strategies with broader operational and product development goals.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing workflows and effectiveness.
  • Source talent across electro-mechanical assembly, electrical manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, firmware, and automation disciplines.
  • Develop relationships with candidates while communicating Anduril’s mission and the impact of the work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven experience hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
  • Experience in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience sourcing in startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
  • Preferred ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
