Description

  • Own end-to-end process development for supplier quality initiatives from requirements discovery through deployment and adoption.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and gather requirements from subject matter experts.
  • Map current-state workflows, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and define opportunities for standardization and risk reduction.
  • Design and document future-state business processes, including workflow diagrams, SOPs, RACI matrices, process narratives, and implementation playbooks.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, define scope, build project plans, and manage execution from start to finish.
  • Serve as the central communication point for projects, providing status updates, executive summaries, and meeting facilitation.
  • Manage schedules, critical path activities, risks, and issue mitigation to keep initiatives on track.
  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training development, adoption tracking, and post-implementation refinement.
  • Create scalable templates and governance frameworks with success metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Work with internal and external solution teams to define application and platform requirements and support deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supplier quality, supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in customer success, Dev/NPI, process design, business process improvement, or program management in aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment across multiple facilities.
  • Experience with change management principles and driving organizational process adoption.
  • Strong facilitation and requirements-gathering skills for ambiguous problems and diverse stakeholders.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Master's degree in supplier quality, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMI, Agile, or similar frameworks preferred.
  • Deep understanding of supplier quality, supply chain, or manufacturing operations and their interdependencies preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and translating processes into system requirements and configurations preferred.
