Description

  • Architect and execute enterprise-wide real estate strategies for a large and growing portfolio.
  • Optimize the real estate portfolio through expansions, developments, acquisitions, and other strategic transformations.
  • Develop and maintain master plans, including scenario modeling for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and long-range portfolio needs.
  • Drive cost leadership and financial performance through analytics, lease restructurings, capital financing structures, and investment frameworks.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, attorneys, capital market participants, regulators, and government entities.
  • Forecast headcount, technology, and space demand across business divisions and translate forecasts into 5-10 year real estate plans.
  • Partner with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and administrative teams to align space planning with business growth.
  • Align divisional real estate priorities with corporate goals, talent strategy, investment frameworks, and international growth plans.
  • Prepare and present analyses, budgets, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to C-suite leaders and division heads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investing, development, strategic real estate planning, or corporate development.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in industrial or technology sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits, stakeholder meetings, and industry events.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Eligibility for security clearance preferred.
