Description

  • Develop and maintain enterprise real estate master plans across office, R&D, manufacturing, and industrial portfolios.
  • Optimize the real estate portfolio through expansions, developments, acquisitions, and scenario planning for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
  • Use analytics to improve cost efficiency, lease structures, capital deployment, and project investment decisions.
  • Forecast long-term headcount, space, and technology demand across divisions and translate those forecasts into real estate strategy.
  • Align divisional real estate priorities with corporate growth goals, talent strategy, P&L targets, and international expansion plans.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, attorneys, capital markets participants, regulators, and government entities.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations, financial models, budgets, and forecasts to C-suite leaders and division leaders.
  • Ensure real estate planning and transactions meet regulatory and compliance requirements in defense and security contexts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and administrative teams to support site and space needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investing, development, strategic real estate planning, or corporate development.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits, stakeholder meetings, and industry events.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Eligibility for security clearance preferred.
  • Experience in equity or credit investing is included within the preferred real estate background.
  • Experience working in industrial or tech sectors is preferred.
  • Experience with capital deployment, financial modeling, or scenario analysis is preferred.
