Description

  • Build and implement automated systems for development, verification, and deployment across the software lifecycle.
  • Own the reference environment used to verify Lattice workflows before release.
  • Define, build, and maintain full-stack test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop systems.
  • Design and implement software interfaces and product features that enable end-to-end testing across complex systems.
  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce performance baselines.
  • Champion reliability engineering practices to detect and prevent regressions across the software stack.
  • Define and implement AI-enabled automation that finds and fixes issues early without hurting developer experience.
  • Support automated testing across complex release pipelines, cloud environments, and robot environments.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline development, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, scripting for automation, and software development lifecycles.
  • Deep experience with frontend and backend services and architectures at scale.
  • Hands-on experience automating hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and software-in-the-loop (SITL) systems in production release processes.
  • Expertise in automated regression testing, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
  • Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • NixOS experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated industry or in systems requiring high reliability and traceability is preferred.
