Description

  • Interface with internal program stakeholders and external customers on systems engineering needs.
  • Develop systems engineering artifacts based on stakeholder requirements and ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Work with functional teams to produce contractual deliverables and present artifacts at stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Serve as a critical interface between Anduril and government customers for systems engineering and mission systems integration.
  • Participate in defining Anduril’s digital and systems engineering strategy and implementation.
  • Build and maintain systems engineering artifacts to deepen understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
  • Support model-based systems engineering and requirements-based testing efforts for product development, delivery, and sustainment.

Requirements

  • B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
  • 12+ years of systems engineering experience across the full lifecycle.
  • Understanding of interoperability and integration challenges in defense systems.
  • Understanding of command and control use cases, behaviors, and methods.
  • Experience with requirements analysis and system design in a government context.
  • Experience with systems engineering, requirements elicitation and management, integration, and test activities on complex systems such as DoD weapon systems or space systems.
  • Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience developing model-based systems engineering artifacts such as operational viewpoints, system viewpoints, activity diagrams, use case diagrams, BDDs, IBDs, and parametric diagrams.
  • Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar systems engineering tools such as Rhapsody or SparxEA.
  • Experience with digital engineering workflows and integrated modeling environments such as Teamwork Cloud.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present developed artifacts.
  • Current active U.S. Secret security clearance and ability to maintain it.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience as a contributor to the UCI standard or as an implementer of an adopting system (preferred).
  • Experience defining or implementing system behaviors through UCI (preferred).
  • Understanding of HMI software architecture (preferred).
  • Experience with automation in Cameo or Python relevant to systems engineering use cases (preferred).
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification (preferred).
