Description

  • Lead cross-functional projects and teams across engineering and program activities.
  • Write, execute, and manage requirements based on customer needs.
  • Track project status closely and identify roadblocks early using logs, behavior diagrams, and test cases.
  • Coordinate with specialist teams to solve complex product and operational problems.
  • Help take products from ideation through production and deployment.
  • Support the development and operationalization of aerial small drones and related test, deploy, and operate equipment.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to deliver systems that can be tasked and viewed in real time.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience in a government contracting role, including civil or defense.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience writing and executing requirements from customer needs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong ability to identify project blockers by analyzing logs, behavior diagrams, and test cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with taking a product from ideation to production.

  • Base salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 USD.
