Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for key defense accounts focused on Launched Effects solutions.
  • Build relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end users.
  • Understand client mission objectives, operational environments, and strategic priorities to position Anduril solutions.
  • Navigate government procurement processes, contracting mechanisms, and funding cycles to support program execution and growth.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Integration, and field support teams to relay client needs and resolve issues.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, operational requests, urgent support needs, and issue resolution.
  • Track client interactions, support tickets, and operational feedback in the CRM system.
  • Drive adoption and integration of Launched Effects products into client operations.
  • Develop account plans, sales strategies, proposals, and conduct technical demonstrations and briefings.
  • Coordinate logistics for demos, training sessions, field support visits, orders, renewals, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, sales, or business development in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
  • Experience with unmanned aerial systems, autonomous platforms, AI/ML applications, or Launched Effects technologies is highly desirable.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one, is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of managing complex client relationships and closing significant contracts with U.S. government entities such as DoD or IC.
  • Prior military experience, especially in an operational or procurement role related to advanced systems, is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and program management tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 50% or more, to client sites, operational environments, and Anduril facilities.
