Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for workforce management solutions, including timekeeping.
  • Define and execute a 12-18 month product roadmap through stakeholder engagement and prioritization.
  • Drive build-versus-buy decisions by evaluating business needs, technical constraints, and user experience goals.
  • Serve as the primary product owner and lead discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Translate diverse stakeholder needs into a unified product vision and communicate trade-offs to leadership.
  • Use AI-powered analytics and design tools to identify patterns, prototype solutions, and inform product direction.
  • Translate complex compliance requirements into user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to ensure solutions meet user and compliance needs.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality metrics and create documentation, training, and change management plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management, program management, or related experience.
  • Proven ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize roadmaps in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and reimagine solutions.
  • Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies with 5,000 to 20,000+ employees.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations functions.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Strong data analysis skills and comfort with analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Experience using AI-powered analytics and design tools to rapidly prototype and test solutions.
  • Experience with workforce planning and scheduling tools for manufacturing or operations is preferred.
  • Technical skills including SQL, API integrations, and data modeling are preferred.
  • Background in high-security or defense industry environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP and HCM platforms such as Rippling, Oracle, Workday, or ADP is preferred.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $166,000 to $220,000.
