Description

  • Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy.
  • Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics with regional Operations and Business Line teams across multiple geographies.
  • Develop and execute carrier strategy across road, air, ocean, and parcel modes.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers.
  • Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings.
  • Build scalable logistics processes to support rapid growth and program expansion.
  • Partner with compliance teams and external brokers to ensure import and export compliance.
  • Lead regional logistics sourcing, procurement, and vendor performance management.
  • Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage regional logistics spend.
  • Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the logistics network.
  • Implement tools and reporting to improve visibility, control, and standard work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Middle East experience is required.
  • Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment.
  • Experience scaling logistics in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-technology manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environment is preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean training preferred.
