Description

  • Support a dedicated team of M&A accountants in centralizing and executing M&A-related accounting activities.
  • Assist with pre-close accounting and tax due diligence for target acquisitions.
  • Prepare Day One post-acquisition readiness materials, including leveling documentation, compensation reviews, and integration recommendations.
  • Travel on Day One post-acquisition to present Anduril’s people, processes, and systems to newly acquired accounting teams.
  • Prepare closing balance sheets and review acquired entities’ closing balance sheets.
  • Draft final closing statements and supporting schedules.
  • Execute and support the opening balance sheet crosswalk process.
  • Support integration of acquired accounting processes into Oracle Fusion and the broader boundary system ecosystem.
  • Provide hands-on operational support, including temporarily filling in for departed team members from acquired accounting teams.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional partners across Corporate Development, Legal, PMI, CorpTech, Tax, Technical Accounting, and General Accounting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles at the Senior/Manager level or consulting roles at the Senior/Manager level.
  • A mix of in-house corporate and consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting M&A accounting, financial due diligence, or business integrations.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience integrating acquired business processes into ERP ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative, hands-on approach with strong execution focus.
  • Strong communication skills and high IQ/EQ for navigating complex personnel integrations and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Familiarity with IFRS or a similar equivalent in other jurisdictions is preferred.
  • CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
