Description

  • Manage production flow by monitoring, tracking, and moving parts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate parts movement through receiving, stock rooms, production, and off-site processing stages.
  • Ensure parts are handled and protected according to Anduril specifications.
  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to maintain accurate MRP/ERP data.
  • Resolve data discrepancies that affect demand, schedules, or system integrity.
  • Develop and analyze metrics to improve inventory management.
  • Communicate part status and completion estimates to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Support logistics processes through workflow staging and material movement.
  • Manage material certifications and prevent the use of uncertified materials.
  • Maintain reports for internal and customer use and support return-to-stock and inventory purge actions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
  • 1+ years of inventory experience, including organizing files and documents.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with the full suite of MS Office products.
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
