Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain new and existing processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Operations, Finance, Product, and Deployments.
  • Develop workflows with system architects and product managers that work within core business systems and drive needed system changes.
  • Architect scalable processes that can grow with business volume, complexity, and team size.
  • Visually document end-to-end business workflows using process maps and diagrams.
  • Partner with business teams to identify root causes, solve process problems, and implement improvements.
  • Support enterprise-scale programs in collaboration with Ventures Program Managers.
  • Own the handoff of new and improved processes to business teams and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Fill critical operational gaps as needed to keep the business running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of high ownership and execution from concept through durable implementation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments with little-to-no direction.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design end-to-end processes that account for edge cases and downstream impacts.
  • Background in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing cross-functional processes that are adopted and sustained by business teams.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information and question assumptions.
  • U.S. Person status is required to access controlled data.
  • Prior experience in operations, program management, business process design, or a similar cross-functional role at a high-growth or hardware-focused company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP, MRP, or PLM systems and experience driving system changes to enable process improvements (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale programs across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or Deployments (preferred).
  • Proficiency with process mapping and workflow visualization tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro (preferred).
  • Demonstrated curiosity and creativity across operational domains (preferred).
  • Comfort operating as a generalist and filling critical gaps as needed (preferred).
  • People-centric problem-solving approach with high ownership, low ego, and humility (preferred).
  • Tactical mindset and willingness to work in the details (preferred).
