Description

  • Lead the EW Mission Support Team through prioritization, tasking, and process optimization.
  • Own end-to-end support for fielded EW systems, from issue identification and triage through diagnosis, resolution, and postmortem actions.
  • Manage hotline and ticketing operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to track incidents and communicate status to customers.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze system failure data to identify trends and drive proactive sustainment improvements.
  • Coordinate software sustainment and fielding activities across engineering and testing teams to deploy updates efficiently.
  • Oversee deployed system observability and health monitoring, including improving the quality of health telemetry.
  • Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, prioritize, and route requirements and issues.
  • Provide input to program and engineering teams on product features and configurations that improve system performance and reliability.
  • Support CONUS, OCONUS, and hazard zone operations and ensure readiness for forward-deployed support rotations.
  • Maintain awareness of EW FoS product specifications and bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical support, field service engineering, technical operations, or software/product sustainment, with final-tier customer support experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading agile technical teams.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting incident-driven workflows involving analysis, triage, and prioritization.
  • Experience with on-call support operations in limited-risk-tolerance environments.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and collaborative documentation platforms for issue tracking and procedure management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed to support operational requirements.
  • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance; TS/SCI eligibility strongly preferred.
  • BA or BS degree from an accredited institution; STEM degree preferred.
  • Applicable industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Linux+ are preferred.
  • Experience in electronic warfare, RF systems, or compute-enabled communications systems is preferred.
  • Prior military, government acquisition, or defense contracting experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with classified network systems and environments is preferred.
  • Experience with observability tools such as DataDog, Grafana, or Victor Ops, and software tools such as Git and Jira is preferred.
  • Experience with Linux system administration; familiarity with NixOS is a plus.
  • Experience executing sustainment and reliability workflows for defense-focused products or services is preferred.
  • Experience performing trend analysis on hardware, software, or systems data to inform decisions is preferred.
