Description

  • Plan, resource, and execute technical training programs for Anduril products.
  • Lead classroom presentations and hands-on instruction at customer sites, Hazard Zone locations, and Anduril test sites.
  • Educate military, government, and commercial end users on Anduril’s hardware and software offerings.
  • Support global customers through proactive communication and detail-oriented execution.
  • Create, shape, and manage training collateral for product capabilities and end users.
  • Design training curricula across presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations.
  • Keep training materials current with new features and functionality.
  • Participate in the development of simulation tools and training resources.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, design, and operations teams to capture product updates.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback, identifying pain points, and informing new product features.

Requirements

  • Strong ownership mentality with initiative and a bias toward taking responsibility.
  • Experience planning, developing, and delivering training.
  • Comfort communicating complex ideas clearly across different communication methods and tools.
  • Ability to explain technical terminology and solutions to non-technical audiences is preferred.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence others without hierarchical authority.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience (preferred).
  • Prior military or government agency exposure or experience (preferred).
  • Experience as a Standardization Operator or Instructor Operator (preferred).
  • Aircraft, spacecraft, or UAV operations experience (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain FAA Part 107 and FAA Medical Class II certification (preferred).
