Description

  • Develop and execute a multi-year U.S. trade show strategy aligned with global marketing and business development goals.
  • Define objectives for each show and coordinate activation across business lines and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate VIP visits, media interviews, and speaking engagements at international events.
  • Prepare executives’ schedules and messaging for successful event engagements.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, business development, and marketing teams to create event content, demos, presentations, and messaging.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, booth design and construction, equipment rental, and on-site services.
  • Lead on-site trade show execution as the primary point of contact for organizers, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Resolve issues and challenges during events under pressure.
  • Manage event budgets from forecasting through final reconciliation.
  • Conduct post-event analysis covering lead quality, attendee feedback, media coverage, and budget adherence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in events marketing, preferably within the defense industry.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and explain technical concepts.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategy into concrete options and execution plans.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn the language, culture, and challenges of military operations and applications.
  • Resourceful, mission-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and organizational skills across teams and disciplines.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
  • Deep belief in Anduril’s mission to support national security through technological superiority.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Benefits
