Description

  • Write proposals, white papers, and other customer-facing documents that support Anduril’s business development efforts.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to pursue long-term opportunities and execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategies.
  • Manage and write responses to international government and customer requests for information, quotes, and proposals.
  • Recommend proposal approaches using regional, cultural, and customer-specific context.
  • Coordinate global, regional, and country-specific considerations to ensure alignment, transparency, and stakeholder coverage.
  • Support and implement strategic pricing across Anduril’s products and business lines, with ownership in the assigned regional portfolio.
  • Create and continuously improve the proposal process.
  • Develop and maintain a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for reuse across the business.
  • Work with engineering counterparts to accurately represent Anduril’s technology to prospective customers.
  • Monitor and flag new opportunities for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce large documents on short timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Significant experience with international government solicitation processes.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct support for international proposals, including FMS and DCS proposals, international B2B deals, international consortium proposals, or foreign domestic proposals.
  • Experience working cross-culturally and communicating clearly with non-native English speakers, especially in writing.
  • Ability to identify technical or functional gaps and source internal or external solutions and vendors.
  • Experience building processes where none currently exist.
  • Ability to context switch quickly across projects, regions, and countries.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple conflicting projects with unrelated stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects.
  • Ability to articulate information clearly, understand business needs, and build relationships across a global organization.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to find information quickly without clear guidelines.
  • Comfort working with disciplines including design, engineering, program management, supply chain, global trade, and finance.
  • Experience with executive-level briefing.
  • U.S. Person status required due to access to export-controlled data.
