Description

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across the TRS division.
  • Drive supply chain strategy while acting as a hands-on operational leader to resolve breakdowns and support rapid growth.
  • Build internal operational infrastructure, tools, systems, SOPs, workflows, and performance metrics from scratch.
  • Establish inventory controls, warehouse rigor, material traceability, reconciliation, and cycle count discipline.
  • Own supplier strategy, including qualification, performance management, risk mitigation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Vet, develop, and invest in domestic and global suppliers.
  • Strengthen planning, demand forecasting, material readiness, and long-lead material visibility.
  • Improve cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, engineering, program management, operations, finance, and leadership.
  • Manage financial levers of the supply chain to improve resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in aerospace and defense or composites manufacturing.
  • Strong manufacturing background, with experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, supplier management, and planning/forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build operational processes and infrastructure from scratch in low-structure environments.
  • Experience with domestic and global supply chain strategies, including local supplier vetting.
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence and communication skills.
  • Experience implementing ERP systems related to supply chain, such as supplier portals or warehouse management systems, preferred.
  • Experience leading large teams and influencing other teams toward shared goals, preferred.
  • Willingness to take on both individual contributor work and team leadership responsibilities, preferred.
