Description

  • Monitor security systems, including video management systems and access control platforms, to identify and assess incidents in real time.
  • Assist in triaging security events and escalating incidents according to established protocols.
  • Communicate critical information to the GSOC Tactical Supervisor and other stakeholders during incidents.
  • Support the deployment and coordination of response teams with internal and external partners.
  • Follow incident response protocols and escalation procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and drills to improve preparedness and operational effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about security technologies and best practices to support GSOC process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate incident records and activity documentation for audits and assessments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 2 years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize information effectively.
  • Technical proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or government work preferred, including internship time.
  • Familiarity with modern security systems such as Genetec or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving preferred.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
