Description

  • Partner with Business Development, Corporate Operations, and FP&A to develop and refine strategic reporting and planning processes.
  • Analyze top-line data to identify business trends, surface insights, and support data-backed decision-making.
  • Own and maintain TAM assignments by cross-referencing annual goals, current activity, and prior outcomes.
  • Translate sales pipeline demand into short- and long-term planning across Operations, Production, Real Estate, Corporate Technology, and Finance.
  • Identify recurring business process challenges across Business Development, Operations, and Finance and drive sustainable process improvements through quantitative analysis.
  • Distill complex data into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders to enable faster decision-making.
  • Execute multiple special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, pricing, and other business infrastructure areas.
  • Support cross-functional project ownership from start to finish in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, in a startup, or in finance or consulting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, framing analytical problems, and leading cross-functional projects from start to finish.
  • Rapid learner with the ability to assimilate new information and become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
  • High ownership, low ego, strong outcome orientation, and humility.
  • Highly detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Tactical mindset with the ability to operate beyond a high-level strategic view.
  • Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
