Description

  • Provide comprehensive calendar and scheduling support to engineering leaders, including complex multi-time-zone coordination.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings for VPs, GMs, and other leadership stakeholders.
  • Plan executive domestic and international travel.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the engineering team and contribute to documentation and best practices.
  • Draft and aggregate internal communications to inform teams of priorities and celebrate wins.
  • Support project management tooling adoption across engineering teams.
  • Help implement operational and process improvements to improve engineering velocity.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership, program management, and external leaders from other companies and U.S. Government program offices.
  • Maintain execution focus through operations oversight meetings and priority tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in engineering or software team operations, including driving execution of large projects with multiple disciplines involved.
  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and desire to understand company goals.
  • Proficiency in scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and using calendar tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • U.S. Person status required due to access to export-controlled data.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy (preferred).
  • Experience in a Department of Defense contractor environment or a tech startup (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 1 week per month (preferred).
