Description

  • Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal or installation.
  • Participate in apartment inspections and help document the overall condition of units.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
  • Provide general administrative support, including opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, and amenities.
  • Maintain office organization and file structure.
  • Log and retrieve customer packages.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older by the start date.
  • Willingness to help in a variety of capacities with an all-in attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items indoors and outdoors.
  • Frequent physical movement is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. as needed.
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb to reach items needing repair.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, including 8 hours or more per day.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, climbing step ladders, carrying, grasping, gripping, turning, reaching above shoulders, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, stooping, and squatting.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Benefits

  • Base pay of $18 per hour in California.
  • Full-time compensation structure includes base pay plus bonus and benefits.
  • Pay is based on role, level, location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
