Description

  • Oversee operations and maintenance across all facility sites in the designated Southern California region.
  • Manage direct reports responsible for workplace services, facility operations, and construction projects.
  • Develop and implement long-term plans for future facility needs, renovations, consolidation, and expansions.
  • Set standards for construction, operation, and maintenance across the broader Anduril portfolio.
  • Lead facility projects from conception to completion, including renovations, expansions, and new construction.
  • Manage operating costs, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Own vendor contract activities, including negotiation, selection, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on space planning, utilization, and optimization.
  • Assess facilities department performance and drive a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Ensure site services such as security, cleaning, catering, and transportation meet high standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in facility or campus management, preferably in a large corporate environment with exposure to hardware, production, or tech.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, responsive, and highly organized approach.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing multiple client needs.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, and business units.
  • Commitment to customer service and creating a positive work environment.
  • Data-driven problem-solving ability with quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Comfort with technology and facility management systems.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, plus 5 years of work experience, or an equivalent combination of experience in Workplace, Design, Construction, or Project Management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
