Description

  • Orchestrate deployment events including site installations, test and evaluation exercises, demonstrations, maintenance visits, and training engagements across Taiwan.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with hardware supply, international logistics, engineering, and export/import compliance teams to ensure mission success.
  • Operate autonomously in a high-pressure, time-zone-separated environment and build lightweight processes for local logistics, regulatory, and customs requirements.
  • Serve as Anduril’s primary representative to military partners and other in-country stakeholders, building trust through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Develop relationships across military, diplomatic, and industry organizations in Taiwan and communicate partner expectations back to Anduril.
  • Build deep mission expertise by translating customer operational needs and CONOPS into actionable requirements for engineers.
  • Develop product expertise in Anduril’s maritime systems in order to troubleshoot, train users, and provide technical guidance in the field.
  • Provide daily situational awareness to U.S.-based engineering and program teams and proactively flag issues arising on the ground.
  • Bridge cultures, time zones, and ways of working while maintaining a high standard for deployment execution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in defense, national security, military operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working directly with foreign military partners or in an international defense cooperation context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across cultures and organizations.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements or vice versa.
  • Must be based in Taiwan full-time.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically approximately 35-50% of the time.
  • Prior U.S. military experience, especially in special operations, naval operations, or defense advisory roles, is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to Taiwan without visa restrictions is preferred.
  • Experience living and working in Taiwan or the broader Indo-Pacific region is preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR) and international defense trade processes is preferred.
  • Technical background in maritime systems, undersea warfare, sensors, autonomy, or related domains is preferred.
  • Experience with U.S. military installation operations and procedures is preferred.
  • Understanding of Taiwanese defense procurement processes and military culture is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced technology company or startup environment is preferred.
