Description

  • Own and deliver cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution of the chosen solution.
  • Work across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and other functions to solve operational problems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Anduril’s ERP, MRP, and MES systems and how data and processes flow across the company.
  • Build analytics and tooling to support decision-making, from ad hoc Excel analysis to scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
  • Project manage across teams by running meetings, coordinating communication channels, and driving stakeholders toward decisions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to structure, analyze, and accelerate high-priority operational work.
  • Operate across both hardware and software environments to improve business performance and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles.
  • Technical and data-driven, with the ability to understand systems and communicate with engineering and product teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to define frameworks, build business cases, and connect solutions to broader company initiatives.
  • Builder mentality with a preference for designing and implementing better solutions over patching broken processes.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong bias toward action.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and solving complex, messy problems.
  • Clear communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Experience with technical systems in hardware and software environments such as data warehouses, analytics tooling, or manufacturing systems (preferred).
  • Exposure to classified or regulated workflows (preferred).
  • Experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments without a playbook (preferred).
