Description

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade Azure landing zones for a greenfield environment.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and iterative development of the Azure platform.
  • Build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures aligned with enterprise best practice.
  • Integrate Azure services with existing on-premise legacy estates.
  • Work with the Solution Director (AI & Data) and other stakeholders to define the platform roadmap.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the engagement.
  • Support the adoption of Microsoft Fabric and related Azure services where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven expertise designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience integrating Azure with on-premise infrastructure and legacy systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and associated Azure services.
  • Experience delivering greenfield cloud platforms from discovery through implementation.
  • Ability to develop cloud platforms iteratively while balancing immediate business needs and long-term scalability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel to Manchester for some face-to-face time.
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric is essential or strongly preferred.
