Description

  • Set the strategic direction for Anchorage Digital’s engagement with protocol ecosystems.
  • Define frameworks for deciding which networks to support, how deeply to integrate, and what value to deliver.
  • Drive end-to-end product strategy balancing near-term commitments with long-term platform investments.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic view of the blockchain landscape to prioritize ecosystems, consensus mechanisms, and on-chain primitives.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy with sales and partnerships, including defining success metrics and iterating based on data and market feedback.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, sales, compliance, and external partners.
  • Resolve ambiguity, maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, and influence company-level priorities.
  • Represent the Protocols organization to senior leadership, the board, and external partners.
  • Build trusted relationships across departments and improve organizational processes for greater efficiency, predictability, and quality of output.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing other product managers.
  • Meaningful experience in blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent companies.
  • Experience defining and executing multi-quarter product strategies in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
  • Background in engineering or demonstrated ability to understand technical architecture deeply.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to distill complex ecosystem trade-offs into clear narratives for leadership, partners, and teams.
  • Empathy and adaptability aligned with a culture of curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding.
  • Deep focus on end-user experience and using it to create business value.
  • Preferred: Experience shipping products with direct collaboration with protocol foundations or core development teams.
  • Preferred: Experience building ecosystem evaluation frameworks, partnership models, or integration playbooks.
  • Preferred: Experience writing a smart contract or dApp.
  • Preferred: Experience managing P&L accountability or revenue targets tied to product decisions.
