Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Custody-as-a-Service platform from the ground up.
  • Prioritize the platform roadmap across infrastructure, partner-facing features, compliance requirements, and developer experience.
  • Define go-to-market strategy, success metrics, adoption KPIs, and iterate based on partner feedback and data.
  • Develop a deep understanding of system architecture, including multi-tenant design, API gateway patterns, ledger systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Translate platform requirements clearly to engineering teams and support product execution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Security, and GTM.
  • Manage decision-making through ambiguity while owning the CaaS product line and its growth.
  • Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the platform through partner conversations, industry events, and leadership presentations.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on platform strategy, competitive positioning, and market opportunity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in B2B2C, payments, or platform/infrastructure products.
  • Proven experience building 0-to-1 platform products, ideally in fintech, banking-as-a-service, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of platform business models, including API-first products, developer ecosystems, multi-tenant architectures, and partner enablement.
  • Experience with regulated financial services, including AML/KYC, bank regulations, and money transmission.
  • Strong technical fluency in API design, system architecture, ledger systems, and data models.
  • Experience defining and shipping compliance-embedded products where regulatory requirements are central to the product.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Preferred experience building banking-as-a-service, custody-as-a-service, or payments-as-a-service platforms.
  • Preferred direct experience with crypto custody, digital asset wallets, or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Preferred experience with multi-jurisdictional product launches and complex regulatory coordination.
  • Preferred background in engineering.
  • Preferred experience with white-label or embedded finance products.
