Description

  • Support the implementation of Risk and Control Assessments (RCSAs) for Anchorage Digital regulated entities.
  • Advise on qualitative and quantitative aspects of risk assessment standards.
  • Provide consultation on regulatory reporting by identifying relevant risks and controls.
  • Perform quality assurance on RCSA data as needed.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis on risk events and track remediation plans for control gaps and weaknesses.
  • Prepare risk assessment reports and presentation materials for senior leadership and regulators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, map mitigating controls, and evaluate control effectiveness.
  • Support audit and regulatory requests, including risk assessment summaries and remediation evidence.
  • Assist in evaluating new business initiatives against risk appetite.
  • Communicate risk trends, best practices, and recommendations to business partners and leadership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of RCSAs and GRC tool operations.
  • Ability to interpret applicable regulations and independently research requirements.
  • Excellent Google Sheets or Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map mitigating controls and articulate risk rating rationale.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Crypto industry knowledge.
  • Foundational knowledge of control frameworks and control typologies (preferred).
  • Experience evaluating new business initiatives in relation to the company's risk appetite (preferred).
